Yale Compass (formerly MyCIPE) is a student application service for summer, academic year, and term-time study abroad programs. Compass also serves as a registration tool for Yale-funded independent activities.

    Yale College Residential Deans and Directors of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) log in here to view and submit pending DUS and Dean’s Form requests.

Need to create a Yale Compass account?

Follow these instructions to create a Yale Compass (formerly MyCIPE) account for Yale and visiting students:

  1. Search and identify Study Abroad Programs for which you’d like to apply.
  2. Click on the Apply Now button and you will be taken through the steps required to set up your Compass account.

Need to register your travel?

Yale College students receiving a fellowship to support an international activity are required to complete an online registration. Click below for more information on registering your travel.
