Our Mission
The Office of International and Summer Programs (OISP) facilitates a diversity of rigorous and innovative credit-bearing opportunities through which students can broaden and deepen their academic and personal interests. With oversight of Yale Study Abroad and Yale Summer Session, OISP furthers Yale University’s mission and Yale College’s commitment to the liberal arts in encouraging thoughtful academic exploration, in fostering intellectual curiosity and creativity, and in developing in students the capacity for engagement with the world beyond Yale. A unit within Yale College, OISP partners with faculty, administrators, and departments across the University to advance undergraduate education.

Students from select partner institutions send their top students to study at Yale College for a semester or full academic year.
